Policy
Since our apparel is custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from swtgear.com is materially flawed, or defective in any way upon receipt, please email sales@swtgear.com with your order number as the subject within 14 days of delivery to report it and we will be happy to provide you with a flat rate shipping label for your return or exchange.
